HOUSE LAYOUT
(1ST FLOOR)
KITCHEN: The kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipped for everything needed to make meals for large groups. The kitchen includes Double Ovens, Stove, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker, toaster, blender, wine opener, and all ordinary utensils and cookware.
DINING AREA: The dining room has a large glass top table with a driftwood base. (2) large custom benches on each side of the table. The dining room table can sit (10-14)
POOL TABLE: Next to the living room is a grand 8' Brunswick pool table with chalk, balls, and sticks.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a large 70" TV and is designed to seat large groups. There are (2) L-shaped couches, a cozy rug + (1) coastal coffee tables.
BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1: Considered the Master, this bedroom features a king bed, (2) nightstands, a dresser, and a 42" TV. The master suite has bamboo ceilings and a private balcony with gulf views. This bedroom has a private grand master bathroom equipped with a jet bathtub and a separate walk-in tile shower. This suite also has a sleeper sofa. This room accommodates (2)
BEDROOM 2: King bed, dresser & mirror, (2) nightstands and mounted TV. This room accommodates (2)
BUNKROOM. This room accommodates (6)
BATHROOM 2: Full bath on the first floor
BEDROOM 3 + BATHROOM 3: The is an extremely large room with (2) king + (1) queens, (2) nightstands, a dresser, and a 50" TV. This room also has a full private bathroom. This room accommodates (6)

LOCATION:
"Sea La Vie" is located inside the gated community of Destiny East on the most southern part closest to beach access. Centrally located to all of Destin’s world-famous attractions: Restaurants, beaches, amusement parks, golf, and shopping. For shopping The Destin Commons is a shopping haven and is located only 2.2 miles away. The Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall is also a shopper’s paradise and is only 4.2 miles away. Staying in Destiny East, you have access to ample restaurants. The world-famous beach-front Crap Trap is a short walk away. The Big Kahuna is also close to all the greatest day activities. The Track is an amusement park which offers go-carts, buggy jumping and other rides. The Harbor Walk Village which has something for everyone; fishing charters, boat and jet ski rentals, water front dining and great nightlife. Big Kahuna’s Lost Paradise water park has over 40 water attractions and mini golf. Everything you need in close proximity for the ultimate vacant experience!

Additional Booking Notes:
- We provide (10) wrist bands for access to the Community's amenities. There is an additional $25 per person above the age of 13 after the first (10) guests
- There is parking for (5) standard sized cars.
- No trailers, RVs or commercial vans.
- Minimum age of primary renter: 25 (We may approve spring break groups)
- Hermosa Resorts must have a valid credit card on file for accidentals for all Airbnb reservations. Hermosa Resorts will send an additional email with more information once the booking is complete.

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood, Destiny East. This neighborhood is beautifully kept. Your kids can ride bikes, walk, enjoy being outside while in a gated area. Pool is very well kept, amenities are great! We truly enjoyed being in a beautiful community that felt like it was a small community away from the tourist areas. We loved being able to ride our golf cart to the beach, pool, out to dinner, and even to shop.
